Responds to telephone inquiries concerning connectivity and file transfer. Responsible for monitoring alert tickets and requests, solves complex transmission issues and looks for trends that may indicate a system issue.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of information technology experience demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • 1+ year of information technology experience
  • 1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • 2+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word


Desired Qualifications

  • Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • 6+ months of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 6+ months of experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, problem and incident management, and availability management, demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology support: logically analyzing, diagnosing, and solving technology problems (network, application, or field hardware)


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work alternative shifts and overtime in a 24x7x365 environment including weekends and holidays
  • Managed File Transfer (MFT) Experience
  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning all aspects of the environment
  • Experience with file transfer protocols (FTPS, HTTPS, SFTP, AS2)

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting
