At OneMain, our Centralized Departments (Customer Care, Collections, and Sales) serve as the initial contact for customers with a variety of financial needs. You will help customers of OneMain by listening and understanding their financial situation in a call center environment. All positions require a high level of motivation to meet or exceed goals.
